RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 14 business days once purchase is received. Items should be in the original condition, unworn including tags.  

How do I return an item?

• Let us know the reason for the Return.

• Send your tagged / unworn items to –

How will I be refunded?

We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. 

How long will my refund take to be processed?

Once your Return arrives within the warehouse please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

Can I return a sale item?

All Sale Items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offers Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.  

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.  

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item please email us at [email protected] to arrange  and we will replace if stock is available or refund you.  

What if I have received an incorrect item?

If you have received a faulty item please email us at [email protected] to arrange  and we will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.  

Do I have to pay for shipping my return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind. 

FAULTY POLICY

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. 

RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept  a return of an item which has not been worn, washed or used in anyway and is returned in it's original condition, including tags, for a full refund. Please return within 14 business days from the date you received the parcel. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund and are final sale. The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Blooming Bloo  is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refunded within 10 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email Blooming Bloo reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
